No subscription. Movmel does not sell subscriptions or automatic deliveries. Each order is a single purchase: nothing is charged again without a new order from you.

Cancelling an order before it ships

Write to us as soon as possible at support@movmel.com with your order number. If the order has not yet been shipped, we cancel it and refund the full amount, using the payment method used for the order.

After shipment

The order can no longer be cancelled, but you can withdraw from it within 30 days of receipt: click Withdraw from contract here (link at the bottom of every page). The conditions are set out in our Return and Refund Policy and in Article 8 of our Terms of Sale.
